For best results, ensure to trim your wick before each burn. 
* Your wick will arrive trimmed for you to burn right away.
* Allow your first burn to last no more than 4 hours.
* Plus 30 hours of burn time

Domestic orders have a standard flat fee of $10 CAD while international orders have a standard flat fee of $15. Orders are primarily shipped via Canada Post. Should the courier change, you will be notified via email with all pertinent pieces of information. 

International orders are subject to the receiving country's import fees, duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees. Bougie Burn is not responsible for any miscellaneous fees which may arise (import, duty, taxes, customs, etc) and encourages customers to check their own country's rates prior to purchasing.
