This is currently not available. All orders will be shipped to a physical address. Please no PO Boxes.
Can I return or exchange my bougie?
Why??! Just kidding! Used candles cannot be returned or exchanged. Items lost during transit will not be refunded. Exchanges will only be processed if you receive the wrong item or if your bougie arrives damaged. Attach a picture to a brief email and a member of our team will follow-up accordingly. You will be responsible for additional shipping charges.
Can I request a custom scent?
Sorry, not at the moment but I assure you what's available is a qualified selection.
How can I cancel my order?
This will hurt our feelings and we’ll probably look at you sideways BUT if you truly must cancel your order please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of placing your order. Be sure to include your order number and cancellation in the subject line of your email (eg: #1234 Cancellation). A member of the team will follow up with you to confirm.
Do you make custom candles for gifting?
Yes, however, custom candles are only available in quantities of 20 or larger and must be placed no less than 2 months in advance. Requests must start via email at email@example.com Make sure to write “Special Occasion” in the subject line.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, international orders are welcomed! There is a standard flat rate of $15 for international orders. All customers will be responsible for additional costs such as customs, broker or import fees.
Can I track my package?
Yes! Once your bougie has shipped you will receive a Canada Post tracking number so you can monitor the trip and make sure there are no detours or delays.
